We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Respiratory Care Specialist to join our award-nominated integrated respiratory team on a fixed-term part-time contract. As part of maternity cover for a job share, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality physiotherapy and nursing care to adult respiratory patients in various settings.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have significant post-registration experience in respiratory care and a strong understanding of integrated respiratory services. You will be responsible for facilitating and managing the provision of care, supporting doctors, nursing staff, and allied healthcare specialists, and ensuring smooth transitions of care into and within the community setting.
Key Skills and Qualifications- State registration with the Health & Care Professions Council/NMC
- Degree (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy/Nursing
- Significant post-registration experience in respiratory care and experience in team leader management
- Good IT skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
