Job Summary:

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled Swim Instructor to join our team at our Glasgow Giffnock Fitness and Wellbeing Club. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, utilizing your coaching skills to meet the needs of each individual
  • Be a positive role model, promoting a fun and engaging approach to swimming instruction
  • Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the performance of teaching programs

Requirements:

  • ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities
  • Ability to achieve targets and work effectively with colleagues
