We Are Swim is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to inspire confidence and motivation in swimmers
  • Ensure safe provision of equipment and maintain high safety standards in sessions
  • Assess and evaluate swimmers' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a premium customer experience

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards swimming
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers
  • Flexibility to work weekday evenings and weekends
