Lettings Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Lettings Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Hurford Salvi Carr. As a key member of our Lettings Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lettings process.

• Process new tenancies, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately.
• Arrange check-in appointments and inventories, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Generate and distribute tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist negotiators in completing reference checks, providing excellent customer service.
• Chase move-in funds from tenants, maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
• Ensure documentation and certification compliance for tenancies, adhering to company standards.
• Send welcome letters, inventories, and update utility switching portals, providing a seamless experience for our clients.
• Send terms of business and client ID requests, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Help ensure compliance by checking landlord licensing and valid compliance certificates, upholding company standards.
• Conduct check-outs and deposit returns, ensuring a smooth transition for our clients.
• Generate and complete work orders, maintaining a high level of efficiency.
• Ensure excellent data quality, saving documents and file notes on Reapit, adhering to company standards.
• Assist with marketing, including canvassing, window cards, boards, and booking photos, promoting our properties effectively.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the property industry, with a strong understanding of the lettings process.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to welcome visitors to the office and deal with lettings queries in a professional manner.
• Organizational skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
