Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to establish desired outcomes and ensure understanding and buy-in for digital initiatives.
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research, working with technology and development teams to design and implement digital solutions.
- Assist with the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and proof of concepts for proposed solutions, ensuring they align to business requirements and needs.
- Analyse and document existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement using digital transformation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success delivery of business change, working with Programme and Project Managers to plan and track digital innovation projects.
