Position Summary: We are currently in search of an Electronics Assembly Specialist to become a vital part of our team on a long-term contract.

Work Schedule: The position requires availability from 0700 to 1615, Monday through Thursday, and 0700 to 1200 on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the assembly of high voltage power supply units, ensuring adherence to production timelines and quality standards.
  • Utilize Operational Method Sheets, technical drawings, schematics, and electronic assembly tools to assemble, modify, and rework units.
  • Provide guidance and training to fellow team members on established assembly processes.
  • Make informed decisions with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in soldering techniques.
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Utilize computer systems to follow digital instructions and drawings.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S methodologies.
  • Exhibit basic computer skills, including familiarity with software such as Word and Outlook, and comprehend relevant operational processes.
  • Have a basic understanding of core SAP applications, Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and Document Management Records (DMR).
