Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain effective relationships with participants, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Assist participants in developing their literacy and numeracy skills, including filling out forms and documents.
- Encourage participant engagement and motivation, reminding them of appointments and deadlines.
- Provide practical and emotional support to participants, helping them to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
- Support participants in their job search, apprenticeship, or volunteer placement, helping them to develop their employability skills.
- Support participants in finding private accommodation, helping them to establish a stable living situation.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding, with the ability to use tact and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with good listening skills and the ability to build rapport with participants.
- Input and maintain computer-based information systems in an accurate and timely manner.
- Exercise authority and reinforce boundaries in an appropriate manner, maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
- Work independently and as part of a team, able to cope with stressful situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
