About The Role

The Support Assistant is a vital member of our Refugee Support and Restoring Family Links Service team. As a key player in our frontline services, you will work closely with our operational team to deliver high-quality support to individuals in crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our Birmingham-based team, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery.
  • Manage data and respond to external enquiries, providing a vital link in our service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider RSRFL directorate to achieve our mission of supporting people in crisis.
Requirements
  • You are a highly organized individual with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize competing demands.
  • Fully IT literate and proficient in data management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and provide emotional support to vulnerable individuals.
  • You have a flexible and open-minded approach, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
