About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Editor to join our Total Platform Content team at NEXT. As a Content Editor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our website content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update our Content Management System with new and existing content, ensuring timely and accurate publication.
  • Collaborate with our offshore team in India to resolve requests and issues efficiently.
  • Action reported issues and requests from the wider department and business.
  • Work closely with our QA team to ensure all website changes and updates are signed-off and launched on time.
  • Support the delivery of new initiatives and projects, such as sales, new season launches, and campaigns.
  • Assist the team during busy periods, working flexible shifts as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content management using systems like CMS & HTML, within an e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive-to-learn attitude and a willingness to adapt to new challenges.
