Restaurant Commis - Raffles London at The OWO

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Commis to join our team at Raffles London at The OWO. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and contributing to the success of our luxury hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with the Head Waiter and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with table setting, food service, and other front-of-house duties as required.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, products, and services.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of kindness, happiness, and confidence.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of luxury hospitality and fine dining standards.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
