About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Relations Manager to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our hospital team, you will play a vital role in driving growth and increasing referrals across all payor channels into the hospital and Ramsay Health Care as a whole.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver excellent stakeholder engagement and communications to support the Private Patients Manager in driving growth and increased referrals.
  • Build strong links and effective stakeholder relationships across the referring healthcare community to increase and deliver targeted referrals and revenues.
  • Organise and facilitate educational events and develop referral opportunities between consultants, GPs, and other external stakeholders through various high-quality communication methods.
  • Assist with developing an engagement strategy and delivering promotional activity to support business development in line with the hospital's strategic business plan and targets.
  • Use analytics and data insight to ensure optimal use of time and resource for both new and existing referrers to develop your portfolio and identify opportunities for business development.
