Adult Specialist Audiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Audiologist to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Audiology Service, you will play a vital role in providing a comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitation service for patients with hearing loss, tinnitus, and balance disorders.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver a high-quality adult and paediatric audiology service, including diagnostic assessments and hearing aid rehabilitation.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide a seamless service for patients with complex needs.
- Supervise junior staff and trainees, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of audiology services, including clinical audit and research.
- BSc Audiology, PTP Healthcare Science (Audiology) or MSc in audiology with CAC/HTS, or STP in neurosciences (audiology modality).
- State registered with HCPC as a Clinical Scientist (audiology modality), with RCCP as an Audiologist or with AHCS as a Healthcare Scientist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and enthusiastic approach.
