NHS Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser Oxfordshire

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hearing care services to NHS patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visiting patients in their homes to test and assess their hearing needs
  • Delivering, fitting, and adjusting hearing aids to meet individual patient needs
  • Providing aftercare home visits to ensure patient satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser with the Health and Care Professions Council. You must also have a sympathetic approach and empathy when working with patients, particularly those who may be elderly or frail.
