Graduate Quantity Surveyor Position

We are seeking a talented Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team in Ely. As a key member of our surveying team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the quantity surveying process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with pre-contract services, including measuring, pricing, and tendering.
  • Aid the team with post-contract services, such as managing sub-contractor payments and tracking project spends.
  • Support with final accounts, including production, agreement, and preparation of financial reports.
Requirements:
  • A qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field.
  • Industry experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to commute to Ely.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
