Exciting Opportunity for Field Service Engineers

This is an exciting opportunity for skilled Field Service Engineers to join a market leader in the manufacture of professional coffee machines. Due to ongoing expansion and growth plans, the company is looking to expand its Field Service Engineering team within and around Romford.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, commission, and set up the company's commercial coffee equipment
  • Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services
  • Attend reactive breakdown and call-outs
  • Operator training (e.g., operation and cleaning of coffee equipment)
  • Self-sufficient management of spare parts stock holding in service van
Requirements:
  • Strong electro-mechanical knowledge
  • Professional in nature and drive to represent the business in a positive manner
  • Relevant industry experience on bean-to-cup coffee equipment (desired but not essential)
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Have initiative, motivation, and focus
  • Good and effective communication
  • Full UK driving licence
