Salary Range: £23,000.00 - £24,000.00 per annum
Position Overview: We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our vibrant team. This role encompasses various essential warehouse tasks, including order picking and packing, loading and unloading pallets, and managing shipments. While experience with Forklift Trucks is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders with a strong focus on detail.
- Safely load and unload pallets and stock, ensuring precise handling throughout the warehouse.
- Assist in loading shipments onto delivery vehicles (Forklift Truck experience is advantageous).
- Engage in customer order picking and shrink wrapping.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including some heavy lifting and shrink wrapping.
- Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies to maintain a secure working environment.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

- Forklift Truck (Counterbalance) experience and certification are beneficial.

- Proficient numeracy and IT skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility in approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Solid knowledge of stock control processes.

- Full UK Driver's License (required).
