The Role:
As a Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor at Beach Baker, you will work on projects ranging from £300k to £5 million. Your role will involve managing costs, contracts, and client relationships across sectors like education, residential, commercial, and healthcare, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager/Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs and contracts
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (open to more experienced candidates)
- Ideally Chartered, but not essential; support provided for those on their APC path
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Passion for working on diverse projects across multiple sectors
