Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our ambitious and determined team at Team Jobs - Commercial. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion through innovative sales strategies and exceptional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets by generating new business opportunities and delivering maximum possible results.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B decision-makers to discuss their potential needs and how our company's services can benefit them.
- Combining industry knowledge, product expertise, and strong communication skills to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Preparing, presenting, and negotiating business proposals to clients, and closing sales through phone or in-person meetings.
- Exceeding sales standards around behaviors and productivity, including call volumes, meetings, quotes, and average order value.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to identify and win new business opportunities.
- Strong MS Office skills and experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Previous 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and objection handling skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- 25 days of holiday per year, with the option to buy or sell between 1-5 days.
