About the Role

We're looking for fun, adaptable, caring, and hardworking people to join our team. As a Team Member, you'll be trained to perform all the roles necessary to look after our wonderful Mecca customers. You'll be a natural fit for our STARS values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Work across all sections of the venue
  • Listen to customers to find ways to make their visit special

Additional Information

  • 16 hour contract
  • 5 days from Monday to Sunday, 7am-10am (Sunday 8am-11am)
