About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner/Team Member to join our team at Mecca in Stockton Chandlers Wharf. As a key member of our cleaning and maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the casino floor is presented to the highest standard, providing a welcoming and professional service to our customers, and working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly into the business and provide a courteous and professional service
  • Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions
  • Work collaboratively as part of the cleaning and wider bingo team to achieve results and ensure the casino is presented to the highest standard
  • Provide input to improve the service provided and ensure proactive compliance with all regulations, particularly for hygiene, food safety, and safer gambling
  • Immaculate operational standards in all areas and work to timescales when completing tasks

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and experience of working successfully in a cleaning role
  • Experience using a range of cleaning equipment and products
  • Fanatical about delivering unrivalled results and ability to collaborate with the team and wider business
  • Sound communication skills and comfortable with change and ability to embrace new ways of working
  • Great time management and attention to detail
