Position Overview

The role of Mobile Service Engineer encompasses the following responsibilities:

  • Conducting pre-delivery inspections (PDIs), routine maintenance, LOLER assessments, repairs, and ensuring the aesthetic standards of our rental machinery fleet.
  • Responding to equipment failures at client locations.
  • Meticulously documenting all required inspections and maintenance activities using a company-provided PDA, adhering to established protocols at all times.
  • Effectively liaising with the engineering team and rental office to ensure optimal machine availability at the depot.

We encourage applications from individuals possessing the following qualifications: mobile engineering, technical expertise, NVQ level 2 certification, machinery maintenance, effective communication skills, diagnostic abilities, PDI execution, servicing, LOLER assessments, repairs, and powered access knowledge.
