About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Vitality. As a key member of our Adviser Service Health department, you will play a vital role in building close professional relationships with our business partners and brokers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone and email.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and brokers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new business strategies and initiatives.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
