Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Stores & Logistics Coordinator to join their team at Tech Connect Group. As a key member of the logistics team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Stores area, ensuring seamless inventory management and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with various departments, including Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any logistical issues.
- Update the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system daily, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management and logistics, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve logistical issues.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and ability to learn new software skills quickly.
- A team player with a can-do attitude, who is adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
Working Hours:
- Early and late rotating shift pattern, with a focus on ensuring seamless operations and meeting business needs.
