Children's Service Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at East Lancashire Hospitals. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating an efficient patient services team, ensuring a clean and safe working environment, and maintaining national and local standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Plan, organize, and control the patient services team to deliver a successful and efficient service.
- Develop and manage the team's progress, identifying and reporting risks.
- Input into the Facilities operational plans to project the Trust's future patient services requirements.
- Maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Managers, HR Business Partners, and peers within other NHS Trusts.
- Educated to Degree Level or relevant subject equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience of management across a broad range of national standards.
- Experience of setting up and implementing internal processes and procedures.
- Experience of managing a team without direct line management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Understanding of the public sector and NHS.
- Demonstrated experience in a healthcare environment.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
The salary for this role is £35,392 to £42,618 per annum (pay award pending).
