Portfolio Credit Control is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their team. As a key member of the credit control department, you will be responsible for managing the sales ledger, processing debtor and account queries, and maintaining accurate records. Your duties will include running daily and monthly reports, sending invoices and credits, and reconciling bank accounts. You will also be responsible for credit checking orders, debt chasing, and ensuring debtor days ratios are kept to a minimum. Additionally, you will work closely with the returns assistant and be responsible for weekly and monthly reporting duties. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sage 200, Credit Hound, and Credit Safe, and be proficient in using digital systems such as Dexterity.
