Job Title: German-speaking CRM Project Manager

As a CRM Systems Integration Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind project plans for systems integration projects within HubSpot. Your expertise will be crucial in managing project scope, assessing requirements, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

We're looking for someone who is fluent in speaking and writing German to support our German-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans that meet stakeholders' needs and deliver desired outcomes within budget.
  • Partner with Resource Managers to accurately predict and allocate necessary resources.
  • Create and manage budgets that reflect the scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Streamline project tracking, reporting, and administration.
  • Ensure timely preparation of briefs and resolve unclear or incomplete situations.
  • Monitor and provide regular updates to ensure project progress aligns with client goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working systems integration projects.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training.
  • Experience in a Consultancy, Agency, or Software development organization is highly desirable.
