About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential customers to inform them about our products and services.
  • Appointment Setting: Secure meetings for our field service team to showcase our offerings.
  • Customer Support: Answer questions about our products and services, and provide valuable insights to our customers.
  • Sales and Closing: Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales deals.
  • Lead Management: Direct prospects to our field sales team when necessary, and ensure seamless handovers.
  • Data Entry and Management: Enter and update customer information in our database, and maintain accurate records of calls and sales.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven Sales Experience: A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably in a telesales or sales/customer service role.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to learn about our products and services, and effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills: Outstanding negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints in a professional manner.
