Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging curriculum content aligned with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
- Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that fosters critical thinking, collaboration, and professional development.
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students, supporting their academic and professional growth.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the diagnostic radiography program.
Essential Requirements:
- A good honours degree (UK or 1st Class), or equivalent professional qualification in diagnostic radiography, coupled with relevant experience.
- A master's level qualification or a demonstrable commitment to pursuing one.
- Registration with the HCPC, NMC, or an appropriate statutory body.
- A postgraduate teaching qualification (PG Cert or HEA fellowship) or a clear intention to obtain one.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to lifelong learning.
Desirable Requirements:
- Membership of the College of Radiographers or a relevant professional body.
- A doctorate in a related discipline (or equivalent qualification, as confirmed by NARIC).
