Job Title: Associate Product Owner, Product Lifecycle Management

At Primark, we're looking for a skilled Associate Product Owner to join our Product Lifecycle Management team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in defining and prioritizing product features and requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Product Owner in defining and prioritizing product features and requirements based on customer feedback and market research.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to shape the product vision and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Manage live products to ensure value is delivered to end-users and system availability is maintained.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders to translate solution needs into actionable user stories and create product documentation.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Assist with product launch activities, such as coordinating beta testing and training end-users.
  • Monitor product metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions and improve the product.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business relationship management in an IT environment.
  • Industry or functional expertise validated through experience working for a retailer.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with PLM, PIM, and Supplier Effectiveness tools is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with a SaaS model and Agile methodology is required.
