Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager

Job Summary:

Arrow Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Provide clear financial insights and impact assessments to senior management, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial reports, including budget monitoring, cost, and value analysis.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and auditable records for all company operations and project-related activities.
  • Take ownership of cost and value management, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Deliver accurate progress reports for site works, highlighting key milestones and areas for improvement.
  • Effectively manage projects under your control, ensuring compliance with client requirements, legislation, and industry standards.
  • Perform risk and value management, identifying and developing responses to commercial risks.
  • Develop and implement efficient commercial systems to support and improve our current structure.
  • Attend regular commercial reporting meetings, ensuring timely submission of reports and proactive communication.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree-level qualification in a related field.
  • CSCS Competency and full UK driving license.
  • Seven years' experience in a similar role, with expertise in commercial management and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Excellent contractual knowledge and understanding of industry standards.
