Job Title: Financial Services Coordinator

As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Financial Planning team in delivering exceptional client service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Financial Planners and Para-planners, including scheduling appointments and coordinating client meetings.
  • Support the preparation and submission of new business proposals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the operational and administrative aspects of client servicing, including the preparation of client review reports and the processing of withdrawal requests.
  • Liaise with third-party providers to obtain information and instructions, ensuring seamless communication and efficient transaction processing.
  • Contribute to the development of the department, participating in improvement projects and procedural updates to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Experience in financial services administration, preferably in the wealth management or investment sector.
  • Strong compliance and regulatory knowledge, with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle high volumes of work and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent written skills and competent IT skills.
  • Experience using client management and financial planning tools, with familiarity of dealing with third-party providers and online services.
  • Understanding of provider platforms and online services, with experience/knowledge of dealing with vulnerable clients (desirable).
