Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
  • Assign tasks to junior kitchen staff and ensure their successful execution.
  • Collaborate with senior management on dish costing and contribute to the creation of daily specials.
  • Provide training to junior chefs, ensuring adherence to recipes and cooking standards.
  • Maintain high hygiene standards and ensure the kitchen environment is organized and clean.
What We Expect From You:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional kitchen settings.

  • Punctuality, professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for culinary excellence.

  • Competitive hourly wage of £12.42.
