We are seeking a skilled Workshop Equipment Specialist to join our team at CV Library. As a Workshop Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing, and refurbishing various types of plant equipment and attachments.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong background in plant mechanics and a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. You will be working with a range of equipment, including boom access platforms, excavators, trailers, and unimogs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain plant equipment and attachments to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Repair and refurbish damaged or worn-out equipment to extend its lifespan.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plant mechanics.
- Ability to read and interpret basic hydraulic and electrical schematics.
- 5 years of industry experience in plant maintenance and repair.
