Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate strategic initiatives to enhance productivity
  • Assess and refine organizational efficiency by developing streamlined processes, supervising staff, fostering a motivated workplace, and innovating for continuous improvement
  • Maintain high standards of quality and performance
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion and development
  • Offer mentorship and constructive feedback to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Manage daily operations, setting weekly performance targets and ensuring their achievement alongside personal objectives
  • Recruit, onboard, and cultivate high-caliber talent to meet sales, profitability, market share, and strategic goals
  • Ensure project timelines are adhered to for timely task completion
