About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Early Years Educator to join our team at Tiny Tots Nursery School. As a Senior Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful running of the nursery, working in partnership with the educator and management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Early Years Educators to deliver high-quality teaching and care to children under the age of 5.
- Develop and implement learning and teaching objectives, ensuring that all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with the team to create an inspiring working environment.
- Conduct appraisals and provide feedback to the educator team to support their professional development.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to ensure the nursery meets the highest standards.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education.A minimum of 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator or with children under the age of 5.Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and parents.What We Offer:
