We are seeking dedicated tutors to work 1-2-1 with CLA (Children Looked After) in schools and care homes. These sessions require a commitment to providing support and completing weekly feedback forms on student progress, achievements, and behavior.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer support to students from a few hours to multiple sessions a week
- Complete weekly feedback forms on student progress, achievements, and behavior
- Work collaboratively with students, schools, and care homes to ensure effective support
- Ability to build strong relationships with students and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
