Lead the Way in History Education

Dunbar Education is seeking a highly skilled and experienced History teacher to lead our History department. As a dynamic and forward-thinking leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for teaching and learning in History, driving professional development within the department, and inspiring students and staff alike.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced History teacher who possesses:

  • A relevant degree in History or a related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven teaching experience at secondary level, ideally within a similar setting
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of departmental success
  • Passion for inspiring students and fostering a love for history
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
