Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks as assigned, covering all premises, including pest control, painting, carpentry, and minor plumbing work.
- Operating Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP) and Forklifts as required.
- Setting up and dismantling PASMA/stair towers.
- Completing documentation to the required standards.
- Maintaining and utilizing building maintenance tools and equipment.
- Assisting team members and performing additional tasks as necessary.
- Preparing quotes and ensuring precise invoicing.
- Adhering to safety protocols and the company's code of conduct.
- Efficiently managing workload.
- Complying with client regulations and maintaining discipline.
- Delivering high-quality workmanship consistently.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in building maintenance or related fields is preferred.
- Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and permit systems.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
- Willingness to engage in training and professional development.
- Possession of a valid full driving license and readiness to pursue IOSH Managing Safely certification.
- Adaptability in working hours.
