Job Summary:

Omega is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Controls Engineer to lead our Transmission SCS delivery team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of 6-8 engineers, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the Transmission SCS delivery team, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with customer technical specifications and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement control systems delivery processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Manage resource allocation and project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading a multi-skilled engineering team, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of control systems and electrical engineering principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
