We are seeking a confident and adaptable individual with a passion for supporting students' learning to join our team at Milestone Education Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that necessary work is completed.
  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide assistance to students where needed, adapting materials and resources to suit students' learning styles.
  • Be prepared to cover a variety of subjects and year groups, showing flexibility in your teaching approach.
  • Build a positive and supportive rapport with students, colleagues, and parents, promoting a collective learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS Check (or be willing to complete one).
  • Relevant educational qualifications.
  • Previous experience working within a school environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage different subjects and age groups.
