About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at IQA Elecnor Group. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our electrical services to residential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of electrical surveys and inspections for residential customers
  • Liaise with customers to inform them of the reasons for surveys and inspections
  • Visit properties to assess and report on service condition
  • Self-manage survey routes and appointments
  • Accurately record relevant information, including data and photographic evidence
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to every property visited
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and previous experience in meter reading
  • Current driving license
  • Site Safety Certificate
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
