About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Surveyor Coordinator to join our team at IQA Group. As a Service Surveyor Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the delivery of electrical surveys and inspections for residential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of electrical surveys and inspections for residential customers
  • Liaise with residents to inform them of the reasons for surveys and inspections
  • Visit properties to assess and report on service condition
  • Self-manage survey routes and appointments
  • Assess meter positions and accurately record relevant information
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to every property visited
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in meter reading or a related field
  • Current driving license
  • Site Safety Certificate
  • Excellent attention to detail
