Para ser un gerente exitoso, debes
demostrar excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas y fuertes capacidades de liderazgo. Como Gerente de F1, debes anticipar toda la logística y requisitos para el
local, mostrando habilidades excepcionales de organización e interpersonales, asegurando que el local genere ganancias para la empresa.

Debes ser un gerente organizado y orientado a objetivos,
asistiendo en las operaciones diarias del local.

Tienes
la responsabilidad compartida de reclutar equipos adecuados y de implementar
planes de capacitación de primera clase, trabajando con nuestros equipos para ofrecer una experiencia excepcional a los invitados.

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE

Ser la cara de F1 Arcade – Dar la bienvenida a los invitados y al personal con un fuerte sentido de positividad.

Asistir
en la gestión de todo el mantenimiento y reparaciones de las instalaciones, propiedad,
equipos y servicios.

Asegurar
que el local y las instalaciones estén limpios y organizados.

Supervisar
todo el personal, incluyendo seguridad, personal de FOH/BOH y personal de mantenimiento/técnico.

Implementar
planes de capacitación y desarrollo de primera clase para nuestros equipos.

Supervisar
las operaciones de eventos y atender cualquier incidente o consulta.

Responsabilidad compartida para gestionar todas las tareas administrativas como reservas, horarios,
facturación y cumplimiento.

Comunicar
y hacer cumplir todas las regulaciones y protocolos de seguridad.

    mínimo de 2 años de experiencia como gerente en un local de alto volumen.

  • Excelentes
    habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
