The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our quality management systems (QMS) are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality metrics and reporting systems to track and analyze quality performance.

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Manage and maintain quality records, including documentation, training, and corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees understand quality policies and procedures.

  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and deviations.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners.

  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure that our QMS remains compliant.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
