Quality Assurance Officer

At PCI Pharma Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and administer customer complaints and track corrective and preventative actions.
  • Coordinate external audits and ensure that quality agreements and TSE statements are up to date.
  • Assist in the generation of nitrosamines statements and authoring of product quality reviews.
  • Provide support during inspection readiness preparations and complete SIPOC.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical environment under GMP.
  • GMP Skill Level 1 is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in IT.
  • Previous experience in a Quality department is desirable.
  • Self-motivated and able to get results through co-operation and influence.
