About the Role

The Retirement team at WTW is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Consultant. As a Trainee Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the leading figures in the pensions industry and our unequalled client base provides boundless opportunities for creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with trustees and sponsors of occupational pension schemes to provide actuarial services and advice on pension scheme design, funding, risk management, governance, administration, and communication.
  • Conduct regular triennial valuation work and participate in cutting-edge risk-reduction and scheme design projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and meet their needs.
  • Study to become a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, with support from WTW including study leave, study materials, and exam fees.
