Job Summary:

We are seeking a Night Porter to join our Hotel team at De Vere Horsley Estate in Surrey. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel is secure, clean, and safe for our guests during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular checks and walk rounds of all areas of the hotel to ensure standards of cleanliness, safety, and security are maintained.
  • Assist with setting up conference meeting rooms and coffee stations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Nights team and events team members to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role or similar environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
