Night Porter Job Description

We are seeking a Night Porter to join our team at De Vere Horsley Estate in East Horsley, Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Look after our guests and the Hotel between the hours of 10.30pm and 7am, 5 nights out of 7 each week.
  • Carry out regular checks and walk rounds of all areas of the building, taking appropriate actions to ensure standards of cleanliness, safety and security are maintained.
  • Assist with setting up conference meeting rooms and coffee stations.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working during night hours and a willingness to work a varied shift pattern.
  • Hospitality experience or experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
