About the Organization:
We are seeking dedicated family support specialists to join a dynamic team at a residential family support center.

Your primary focus will be to ensure the safety and well-being of children utilizing our services while collaborating closely with families to promote a nurturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:
As a family support specialist, you will operate on a flexible schedule, which includes both daytime and overnight shifts.

You will work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team to assist and evaluate families, enhancing parental skills and knowledge in accordance with their children's needs.

Additionally, you will provide guidance to families regarding parenting strategies and ensure the overall welfare of the children. You will also help families connect with community resources and necessary services.


Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess experience in social services and/or a background in child care.

A flexible approach to work, including availability on weekends and holidays, a positive demeanor, and a strong commitment to high-quality care and professional development are essential.

It is crucial to demonstrate a dedication to safeguarding children and adhering to the organization's policies and procedures.
