Are you a dedicated and empathetic Child Welfare Specialist with a profound dedication to the protection of children? Randstad Care is seeking a qualified professional to become part of our Assessment and Intake Unit on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and addressing the needs of children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and circumstances.
2. Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop effective intervention plans.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all casework activities.
4. Provide support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes for children.
Qualifications:
1. Relevant social work qualification and registration.
2. Experience in child protection and welfare services.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
